Ambassador
- Promote the Storm Squad initiative and Community Resiliency Information System (CRIS) Platform
- Help recruit neighborhood representatives for Storm Squad Captain
- Reduce barriers to participation
- Help distribute flyers to promote CRIS and upload flooding pictures
Storm Captain
- Will be trained to serve as a conduit between the community and emergency officials under blue sky and gray sky
- Train to help connect the community to emergency officials
- Help distribute and collect surveys and upload flood-related pictures via CRIS
- Help promote the Flood App
- Must be able to pass USF's background check
Meetings & Training
Ambassador meetings and trainings will be scheduled the first Tuesday of each month, 6–7 p.m.
This schedule is flexible and is dependent on training/exercise times and volunteer opportunities. Check Facebook and the website for updates.
